Reading Insights is an option we provide all California Psychics customers where you can receive recordings and transcripts of each phone call reading you have with a Psychic.
Once you’ve provided your consent online, you’ll start receiving recordings and transcripts of all future calls you have with Psychics.
Other than the usual per minute cost of the actual reading, there is no additional charge to receive the recordings and transcriptions of your phone call readings with Psychics.
How to Provide Consent to Receive Recordings & Transcriptions - It’s Easy!
- Log in to our californiapsychics.com website on your desktop or mobile. (Please note: Currently, Reading Insights is not available on our CP App – but it will be at a future time!)
- If a Readings Insight window pops up, make sure the “Yes, save & transcribe my readings” is checked; read the information about opting in; then click Continue.
- If a Readings Insight window does NOT pop up after logging in to your account, go to My Account > My Communication Settings > Reading Insights; read the information about opting in; and then swipe the Reading Summary button from OFF to ON.
How to Access the Recordings and Transcriptions
Once you've provided consent by opting in to have your phone readings recorded, all phone readings from that point forward will be recorded and transcribed. These recordings and transcriptions are only available for access online through your California Psychics account. The formats of the recordings and transcriptions do not permit downloading.
When a recording/transcription is ready, you'll receive an email notification at your email address on file to let you know the recording and transcription is ready for you to access.
Then, you can click the “Review My Insights” button on the email OR log in to your account on californiapsychics.com and go to My Readings > Past Readings. (Please keep in mind that Reading Insights and accessing the recordings and transcripts is not currently available on our CP App – but will be soon!)
The Psychics you’ve completed readings with will display. You can click the Transcript and Audio button to listen to the audio or to display the transcription.
Time Span of Recording and Transcription Availability
Recorded readings and transcriptions will be available until you have reached 100 recorded readings in total (regardless of the length of each reading). Once you reach 100 recordings and transcriptions, the system will begin to drop off the older recordings/transcriptions, to be replaced with the new recordings/transcriptions.
Who has Access to the Recordings and Transcriptions
Please know California Psychics highly values and respects the privacy of our customers. Access to recordings and transcripts will be limited and provided only as needed for quality assurance, making recommendations, and improving the services.
You may opt out within your account settings at any time. If you’d like, you can also refer to our Privacy Policy on our website for more detailed information.
When You No Longer Wish to have Phone Call Readings Recorded
You can opt out at any time of having your phone call readings recorded and transcriptions provided. However, when you do opt out, you will lose access to the following:
- All past reading recordings and transcripts
- Recordings and transcripts of any future readings
