To find a psychic who does chat readings take a look at our psychic list here. The psychics available for chat will appear towards the top of the list. Pick a psychic and press the chat button. If you have funds already in your account you will be taken to the chat window. If you do not have enough in your account you will be asked to add funds to your account.
Next you will be brought into a chat window and the psychic will enter the room within 90 seconds. (They will try to get in there as soon as they can, but sometimes it takes a few seconds for them to see the notification and get started.) The psychic will introduce themselves and greet you. Feel free to begin asking your questions. The timer will count the minutes that have passed in the window. If at any time you’d like to switch the conversation to a phone call, you can easily do so by tapping a button in the chat window called “switch to phone.”
We currently do not have a chat specific queue per psychic but we do plan on developing this in the near future. This means that only the psychics available right now can take your chat request.
