We offer the chat option to all of our psychics, but some prefer phone over chat and some prefer chat over phone. We know that you would prefer your favorite psychic to offer services in the mode you desire so we are always training and informing our psychics about the benefits of all options.
It does depend on the preference of each psychic whether or not they offer chat readings. Rest assured, all of our psychics are informed of and trained with all options for readings, but we do not force them to use what they do not want.
