Auto Reload is a convenient option that allows you to have uninterrupted time with your Psychic. You can enable or disable this option in Settings under Payment in the California Psychics App. Or on our website CaliforniaPsychics.com under My Account > My Payment Settings. Additionally, you can always contact a customer service agent at 1.800.463.3948, to update this should you have any issues locating this setting on our mobile app or website.
Here’s how it works:
If you do not have sufficient funds for a reading, Auto Reload will automatically deposit the minimum required funds into your account from your selected payment method when you request a reading. This allows you to begin the reading immediately, rather than going through the Add Funds process, and thereby decreases the chance that your Psychic will become unavailable.
If you run out of funds during a reading, Auto Reload will automatically deposit the minimum required funds for 5 more minutes of reading time. This prevents you from being interrupted in the middle of a reading to complete the Add Funds process manually.
Auto Reload is limited to 8 reloads per day.
Please note: This feature may be enabled in the California Psychics App and Website. Once enabled, Auto Reload applies to readings on both messages, chat, and phone readings in the App and the californiapsychics.com website.
