Auto Reload is a convenient option that allows you to have uninterrupted time with your Psychic.
Here’s how it works:
If you do not have sufficient funds for a reading, Auto Reload will automatically deposit the minimum required funds into your account from your selected payment method when you request a reading. This allows you to begin the reading immediately, rather than going through the Add Funds process, and thereby decreases the chance that your Psychic will become unavailable.
If you run out of funds during a reading, Auto Reload will automatically deposit the minimum required funds for an additional 10 minutes of reading time. This prevents you from being interrupted in the middle of a reading to complete the Add Funds process manually.
Auto Reload is limited to 8 reloads per day.
Please note: This feature may be enabled in the California Psychics App as well as our Mobile and Website. Once enabled, Auto Reload applies to readings for messages, chat, and phone readings in the App and the californiapsychics.com mobile site and website.
California Psychics App
You can enable or disable this option by tapping the Add Funds option at the bottom of your App screen. When the Add Funds screen displays, simply toggle Turn on Auto Reload button to the "on" position.
You can also enable Auto Reload by tapping on the More option; then selecting Payment.
Once on the Settings page, simply toggle Auto Reload button to the "on" position to enable this feature.
Mobile Site
After logging in to the Mobile site, tap the More menu option followed by My Account. Then tap My Payment Settings.
On the My Payment Settings screen, tap Turn on Auto Reload.
Website
After logging in to the Website, click My Account followed by My Payment Settings. Then, click Turn on Auto Reload.
