Each Offline Message you send to a Psychic is billed as 5 minutes at the Psychic’s rate. For example, if you are messaging a $5.00 per minute Psychic, you will be charged $25.00 for each message you send to the Psychic. If the Psychic does not reply within 24 hours, your message will be canceled, and the amount deducted from your reading account balance will be added back to your reading account balance.
