The orange Offline Message icon means you may send that Psychic an Offline Message.
This icon can be found on the All Psychics screen and the Psychic’s full bio. Tapping the orange Message icon will send a text message from “California Psychics” to your mobile number on file; the message will also include the price of this service.
Once in the text window, you can type your Message and press the send button.
