If a Psychic logs in and chooses to be available by phone AND chat, there is a possibility that the Psychic will be requested via the callback option at any time. If the Psychic is on a call, that will make the Psychic unavailable for Chat for the duration of that phone call. As soon as the call ends, the Psychic will become immediately available via Chat and phone again.
