On the All Psychics page, tapping the Filter By icon will open the filters screen. From there, you can filter the Psychics list by Price, Topic, Tools, Ability, and Style. Tap a subject area to select specific filters. You can also select multiple filters. Once you have chosen all the filters you want, press Apply Filters to return to the All Psychics screen with those filters applied.
